Bill Title: As enacted, clarifies that for the offense of trafficking for a commercial sex act it is not a defense to prosecution that the intended victim was a law enforcement officer or that the victim is a minor who consented to the act or acts constituting the offense. - Amends TCA Section 39-13-309.
