Bill Title: As enacted, authorizes Lexington, by ordinance adopted by a two-thirds vote, to levy an occupancy tax on the privilege of staying in any hotel or motel in Lexington; the ordinance to set the rate and further set forth the manner of collection and administration of the privilege tax; requires that all proceeds received by the municipality from the tax be deducted for tourism development. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4, Part 14.
