Bill Title: As introduced, authorizes any member or committee of the general assembly to request the production of all supporting documentation used in determining the fiscal effect of a bill, resolution, or amendment; authorizes any member or committee of the general assembly to request that the director of the fiscal review committee, or the director's designee, be present at any meeting to provide an explanation of a fiscal note. - Amends TCA Title 3, Chapter 2 and Title 3, Chapter 7.
