Summary
As introduced, prohibits a private employer from requiring an individual to be subjected to a COVID-19 vaccination if the individual has contracted and recovered from it; holds a private employer liable for certain costs if the employer requires an individual to be subjected to a COVID-19 vaccination and if the individual suffers serious bodily injury or death as a result. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 29; Title 50; Title 56 and Title 68.
