Summary
As introduced, requires any person selling alcoholic beverages, wine, or beer to a person under the age of 21 to serve a mandatory minimum period of incarceration of 48 hours; conforms various code references to minor to reflect the more correct age 21 language. - Amends TCA Title 37; Title 39; Title 40, Chapter 7; Title 54, Chapter 4; Title 57, Chapter 3; Title 57, Chapter 4 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
