Summary
As introduced, reduces from 90 to 75 the number of days within which the air pollution control board is required to notify appointing authorities of a vacancy on the board and the number of days within which an appointing authority must fill the vacancy following notification. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 68, Chapter 201.
