As introduced, increases, from 60 to 70, the percentage of students enrolled in a school in the achievement school district (ASD) whose parents must have signed a petition demonstrating their support for their child's school remaining in the ASD in order for the school to remain in the ASD beyond the initial 10-year period. - Amends TCA Title 49.
