Summary
As introduced, upon meeting certain federal safety standards, allows mini-trucks to be titled and registered as private passenger motor vehicles; removes mini-trucks from present law provisions allowing them to be registered as medium speed vehicles; defines "mini-truck". - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 1; Title 55, Chapter 3; Title 55, Chapter 4; Title 55, Chapter 8 and Title 55, Chapter 50.
