Summary
As introduced, directs the division of state audit to include as part of its scheduled audit of the department of commerce and insurance a review of the department’s authority to regulate automobile race tracks and drag strips, including, but not limited to, the licensure process for operating and conducting motor vehicle races. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29 and Title 55, Chapter 22.
