Summary
As enacted, makes changes relative to a governing board of a public institution of higher education determining the institutional accrediting agencies or associations eligible to serve as an accreditor; prohibits an accrediting agency or association from compelling a public institution of higher education to violate any state law. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 7.
