Summary

As enacted, increases from 0.5344 percent to 0.88 percent the portion of the state gasoline tax apportioned for distribution to the wildlife resources fund; specifies that in addition to any other purposes authorized by law for which such funds may be used, the gas tax funds apportioned to the wildlife resources fund must also be used for public and environmental infrastructure at marinas. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 3 and Title 67, Chapter 6.
