Summary
As introduced, by January 1, 2025, requires the department of health to report to legislative committees the number of persons in this state who have died from accidental fentanyl poisoning over the last 10 years, the methods used by the department to address accidental fentanyl poisoning in this state, and the effectiveness of such methods. - Amends TCA Title 8; Title 56 and Title 68.
