Summary

As enacted, authorizes the establishment of a special temporary, slow no wake zone, if such zone is necessary because of an immediate danger to the public health, environment, safety, or welfare, and the nature of the necessity is such that an emergency rule cannot immediately be sought. - Amends TCA Title 69, Chapter 9.
