Summary

As introduced, establishes a 72-hour waiting period before a health benefit plan may require, as a condition of further coverage, that a provider promptly contact the health insurer for prior authorization for continuing treatment and other care for an enrollee. - Amends TCA Title 56, Chapter 7.
