Summary

As introduced, directs the comptroller of the treasury to study the uniform TennCare claims process and to determine whether such program is consistent with the implementation of the episode-based payment system under consideration as part of a proposed payment reform initiative. Requires the comptroller to report to the house health and the senate health and welfare committees by January 15, 2015. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.
