Summary
As enacted, allows all LEA and public charter school employees, instead of only teachers, to receive their full salary, or average pay, and full benefits in the event they sustain a personal injury as the result of a physical assault or other violent criminal act committed against them while they are acting in the course and scope of their employment. - Amends TCA Title 49.
