Summary

As introduced, allows expunction of a misdemeanor or felony offense if the petitioner has not been convicted of certain offenses, is 65 years of age or more, 10 years have elapsed since the completion of the sentence, and the petitioner has not had any additional arrests or charges since the completion of the sentence for the offense the person is seeking to expunge. - Amends TCA Title 39 and Title 40.
