Summary

As introduced, removes population requirements for a municipality to hold a referendum on the sale of alcoholic beverages; requires a municipality to maintain a police department or enter into an agreement for the provision of law enforcement during the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages to be eligible to hold a referendum on the sale of alcoholic beverages. - Amends TCA Title 57.
