Summary

As enacted, makes it a Class B misdemeanor offense for a person to operate a passenger motor vehicle on a street, road, or highway in this state if, by alteration of the suspension, frame, or chassis, the height of the vehicle's front fender is four or more inches greater than the height of the rear fender. - Amends TCA Title 55.
