Summary

As enacted, authorizes the legislative body of a municipality to enter into an agreement with a private entity under which the entity agrees to pay all or a portion of the costs of a public facility being constructed by the municipality, if the municipality reasonably anticipates that private investment of at least $25 million will be made on property adjacent to the public facility; revises other various provisions related to special assessments and improvement bonds. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 32 and Title 7, Chapter 33.
