Summary

As introduced, clarifies that shooting ranges that complied with existing noise ordinances at the time the range began operation are not liable for nuisance claims or any action to abate use or operation of the shooting range; authorizes certain ranges operating prior to December 16, 2008, to continue operating as ranges. - Amends TCA Section 39-17-316.
