Summary

As introduced, waives tuition, maintenance fees, student activity fees, and required registration or matriculation fees to a public institution of higher education for dependent children of veterans who are residents of this state and who are 100 percent permanently and totally disabled due to a service-connected injury. - Amends TCA Title 49 and Title 58.
