Summary

As introduced, establishes eligibility of person convicted of a Class E, D, or C felony to apply for and receive voter registration card upon receiving a pardon, being discharged from custody for service of the person's maximum sentence, or being granted a certificate of final discharge from supervision by the board of parole. - Amends TCA Title 40, Chapter 29.
