Summary
As introduced, decreases, from 30 to 25 days, the time that a registrant of commercial fertilizer has after official notice from the commissioner of agriculture that the registrant's commercial fertilizer was found to be short in weight to pay the affected consumer a penalty equal to three times the value of the actual shortage. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 11, Chapter 7; Title 43; Title 44; Title 53; Title 64, Chapter 10 and Title 67.
