Summary

As introduced, increases from 15 to 20 the number of days before a health services and development agency meeting at which a certificate of need application is originally scheduled that a health care institution wishing to oppose the application must file a written objection with the agency and serve a copy on the contact person for the applicant. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 56, Chapter 7; Title 68, Chapter 11 and Title 71, Chapter 5.
