Summary
As introduced, removes obsolete reference to a non-existent public health council; requires approval of a majority of the health and welfare committee of the senate, the health committee of the house of representatives, and the general assembly by joint resolution before the commissioner may designate diseases against which immunization is required for a child to attend any school or child care facility of this state on or after July 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 50.
