Summary
As introduced, prohibits the department of correction from terminating an employee based solely on the results of a lie detector test; provides penalties and sanctions for violations by the department; and allows for the termination of certain employees based on the results of a lie detector test. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 6; Title 8, Chapter 50; Title 40; Title 41; Title 50 and Title 62.
