Summary
As introduced, redefines "beer" such that the sale, distribution, and manufacture of beer with an alcoholic content of 18 percent by volume or less is regulated by counties and of greater than 18 percent by volume is regulated by the alcoholic beverage commission. - Amends TCA Title 57, Chapter 3 and Title 57, Chapter 5.
