Summary
As introduced, requires a person convicted of the offense of cruelty to animals to pay the costs of housing and rehabilitative training for the animal; establishes that each victimized animal constitutes a separate offense for the offenses of cruelty to animals and cock and animal fighting; increases the penalty for the offense of being a spectator at a dog fight from a Class B misdemeanor to a Class A misdemeanor. - Amends TCA Title 39, Chapter 14.
