Summary

As introduced, requires Tennessee State University and Middle Tennessee State University to submit a report by February 1, 2024, in an electronic format to the chairs of the education committee of the senate and the education administration committee of the house of representatives that details the research and methods developed by the universities addressing how to use materials in solid waste as raw materials to create jobs, business, and compost. - Amends TCA Title 7; Title 9; Title 49; Title 63 and Title 68.
