Summary
As enacted, clarifies that the registration fee for one school bus owned by a person under contract with a local education agency (LEA) for the provision of transportation services is equal to the fee charged for a school bus owned by an LEA. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6, Part 21 and Title 55, Chapter 4.
