Summary

As introduced, reduces from three years to two years, the period a seller must keep on file a signed acknowledgement from a buyer that discloses that the seller is neither a licensed practitioner of the healing arts nor meets the criteria that would allow the seller to provide a diagnosis, treatment, or medical care in order for the sale or provision of information involving a natural health information exchange to not be considered the illegal practice of naturopathy. - Amends TCA Title 63.
