Summary
As enacted, directs the commissioner of finance and administration to submit to the federal centers for medicare and medicaid services a waiver or waivers pursuant to Section 1115 of the Social Security Act for the purpose of establishing a distinct Katie Beckett program. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 33; Title 56; Title 68 and Title 71.
