Summary

As introduced, requires that the department of children's services and the department of human services annually report to the judiciary committee of the senate and the children and family affairs subcommittee of the house of representatives the number of objections received to children, health, or human services being provided by religious organizations; the report must identify each objection by county where the objection occurred for the immediately preceding calendar year. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 12; Title 29; Title 33; Title 36; Title 39; Title 40; Title 50; Title 56; Title 63 and Title 68.
