Summary

As introduced, authorizes commissioners to identify hazardous duty positions and categorize hazardous working conditions; if a commissioner identifies such positions and categorizes such conditions, authorizes an appointing authority to apply for a hazardous duty salary adjustment for each qualified employee. - Amends TCA Title 8 and Title 50.
