Summary

As introduced, requires that vessels used on Tennessee waterways and owned by nonresidents be registered with a certificate of identification number; requires that the proceeds from the registration fees be used for the enforcement of boating regulations and for ensuring that Tennessee waterways are clean. - Amends TCA Title 69, Chapter 9.
