Summary
As introduced, replaces energy-efficient targeted goal with requirement that department of general services purchase only new vehicles that are alternative fuel vehicles or have highway fuel economy of 30 miles per gallon or more for state fleet of motor vehicles. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 3, Part 11 and Title 12, Chapter 3.
