Summary

As introduced, entitles a POST-certified law enforcement officer to a presumption of disability if the officer suffers a condition or impairment of health caused by the contraction of an infectious disease in the line of duty and such condition or impairment results in total or partial disability; applies retroactively from January 1, 2021. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 51, Part 2 and Title 8.
