Summary

As introduced, requires a state agency releasing records that originated in the office of a county assessor to notify the appropriate assessor of property of the records released and the name and address of the person or firm receiving the records within 10 days of releasing the public records, rather than 20 days. - Amends TCA Title 7, Chapter 86; Title 10 and Title 38.
