Summary

As introduced, increases from $1.00 to $2.00, the amount of the voluntary donation that a registrant must have the opportunity to make upon the registration or registration renewal of any motor vehicle in any county in which the county clerk participates in the program, for the purpose of promoting and supporting organ donation in the state. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 10; Title 32; Title 34; Title 38; Title 55 and Title 68.
