Summary

As introduced, requires the board of trustees for the retirement system to include a certification of the amount of normal contributions, accumulated liability contribution, and cost of living contribution required from an employer for state judges and attorneys general in the board's annual report showing the fiscal transactions of the retirement system. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 24; Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35; Title 8, Chapter 36 and Title 8, Chapter 37.
