Summary

As introduced, requires a law enforcement officer investigating a motor vehicle accident resulting in death to investigate whether an operator was served alcoholic beverages or beer at an establishment licensed to sell alcoholic beverages or beer for on-premises consumption if the officer has probable cause to believe that the operator of a motor vehicle involved in the accident was driving under the influence of alcohol; authorizes the alcoholic beverage commission to suspend or revoke the license of an establishment determined to have violated state law for a period of not less than one year. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10 and Title 57.
