Summary
As introduced, requires a county register to remit 20 percent of collected transfer and mortgage taxes to the agency for purposes of making low-interest and zero-interest construction loans to low-income persons who live in areas with a critical need for affordable housing. - Amends TCA Title 13, Chapter 23 and Title 67, Chapter 4.
