Summary

As introduced, allows voters within and outside city limits in a county to vote in any referendum on a county-wide sales tax proposed after a city in the county adopts a sales tax, whether or not the proposed tax is at the same or higher rate as the city tax. - Amends TCA Section 67-6-706.
