As introduced, removes certain counties, including Houston, Stewart, Montgomery, Davidson, Moore, and Trousdale counties, from provisions requiring county officers to remit certain fees, commissions, charges, and other amounts to the county trustee twice per year, on September 1 and April 1. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 22.
