As introduced, creates the Tennessee advanced communication network board for the purpose of overseeing the planning, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of a statewide wireless interoperable communications system, functions performed presently by the Tennessee public safety wireless communications advisory board pursuant to executive order. - Amends TCA Title 4, Chapter 29, Part 2 and Title 4, Chapter 3.
