Summary

As enacted, requires every law enforcement agency to have a policy describing when law enforcement personnel may disclose to the public information or law enforcement records concerning the use of drugs or alcohol by a driver as a contributing factor in a motor vehicle accident. - Amends TCA Title 55, Chapter 10.
