Summary

As introduced, expands the category of textbooks and instructional materials that are prohibited from use in a public school in this state from those created to align exclusively with the Common Core State Standards to those that are aligned to, associated with, or derived from the Common Core State Standards. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 6.
