Summary
As introduced, remits all sales and use taxes collected from dealers in Humphreys County from the general fund to Humphreys County for fiscal years 2022-2024, as the result of severe storms and flooding that occurred on or about August 21, 2021; authorizes residents of Humphreys County to apply for a refund of sales and use taxes paid for certain goods damaged or destroyed as the result of such storms and flooding. - Amends TCA Title 67, Chapter 4 and Title 67, Chapter 6.
