Summary

As introduced, extends, from February 1, to March 1, the annual date by which the bureau of TennCare and the department of intellectual and developmental disabilities are required to issue an annual joint report to the insurance committee of the house of representatives and the health and welfare committee of the senate on the status of the Katie Beckett program. - Amends TCA Title 4 and Title 71.
